Processing Time

All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Custom or personalized embroidery orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship within the United States via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times after processing:

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues or holidays are outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will do our best to resolve the issue. Els Embroideries and Crafts is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
