All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and custom nature of my products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

I take great pride in the quality of my work. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at elsembroideriesandcrafts@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and packaging
  • I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Els Embroideries and Crafts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production has begun on a custom or embroidered item, cancellations cannot be accepted.
