It’s been an eventful stretch behind the scenes at Els Embroideries and Crafts. I added two new embroidery machines to the shop, but both malfunctioned and had to be sent back. I’m still planning to add a new machine, though I’ve decided to wait until after the first of the year.
In the meantime, my older machine is back up and running, but it still needs a repair. I’ve ordered a new bobbin holder and hope that’s the fix. The part should arrive soon, and I’ll know more once it’s installed.
While I wait, I’ve been putting my energy into quilting. Two quilts are posted in the shop, and I’m adding the finishing touches to another that I hope to post soon. I’ve lowered quilt prices for cooler weather: the Queen-size Granny Square quilt is $250, and the Twin-size Lightning quilt is $100.
It hasn’t been the machine update I hoped to share, but I’m glad to keep creating and to give these quilts a chance to find a home this season. Thank you for following along and supporting my shop.
